In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, acting as the Data Controller, for business purposes and within the scope explained below. In this context, our Company is committed to protecting fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly privacy, and ensuring the security of personal data, in compliance with the laws and regulations issued for the protection of personal data. Our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing, unlawful access, and to safeguard your personal data at an appropriate security level.

This document is intended for all individuals whose personal data is processed by our Company, except for our employees or employee candidates who have applied to our Company.

The personal data processed as the data controller include, but are not limited to, the following:

Name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, phone number, email address, signature, physical location/security camera footage, call center/service quality audio recordings, bank account number, and cookie records.

Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data; The personal data you have shared may be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Carrying out the necessary activities to benefit you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent from the products and services offered by our Company, including but not limited to determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies, conducting marketing activities, and performing business development and planning activities,
  2. Managing administrative operations related to communication conducted by our Company,
  3. Ensuring the physical security and supervision of our Company’s premises,
  4. Establishing relationships with business partners/customers/suppliers (authorized personnel or employees),
  5. Fulfilling contractual obligations and financial reconciliation regarding the products and services provided with our business partners, suppliers, or third parties,
  6. Implementing our Company’s human resources policies,
  7. Processing your data when you contact our Company’s call center or use our website,
  8. Processing your data for participation in training, seminars, or events organized by our Company.

Collection and storage methods of personal data; The personal data you share with our Company may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically via automatic or non-automatic methods through offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels. Your personal data will be stored electronically and/or physically. Our Company ensures that the necessary business processes are designed and technical security infrastructure developments are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, or damage to the personal data collected and stored.

Your personal data will be processed and stored for the duration required by the purpose of processing, in compliance with the applicable data security measures and will not be used outside the scope of the purposes notified to you. Once the processing purpose has expired, your personal data will be removed from our Company’s data streams by deletion, destruction, or anonymization methods.

Transfer of Personal Data;

Your personal data may be transferred within the framework of the laws and regulations and for the purposes outlined, to:

  1. Companies and representatives authorized by us, acting on behalf of our Company,
  2. Regulatory and supervisory authorities, public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data under the law,
  3. Business partners, suppliers, contractors, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other individuals or legal entities, as required for the purposes outlined,
  4. Tax and similar advisors, individuals obligated to handle legal follow-up processes, and other third parties from whom we receive consultancy services, including auditors. Your personal data may also be transferred to authorized individuals and organizations, both domestically and abroad, in line with the purposes outlined above.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK; You have the right to:

  1. Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  2. Request information if your data has been processed,
  3. Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with its purpose,
  4. Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  5. Request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  6. Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  7. Request notification of the actions taken pursuant to items (e) and (f) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  8. Object to the emergence of any unfavorable result by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  9. Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

In accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you may submit your request to exercise the rights mentioned above in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
To exercise your rights mentioned above, you may submit your request, along with the necessary identification information, in person to our office, send it through a notary public, or submit it with a secure electronic signature to the email address info@fdpartners.av.tr.
